Project Overview

Juls had no real website presence and relied heavily on instagram traffic and with Wanaka having seasonal vistors and transient population the goal was to capture some of these people and bring them into trying or practicing yoga at her studio. The brief was to build and maintain a fully functioning website that displayed the bespoke yoga studio along with leaving an impression of professionalism, community and connection.

My Contributions

From the inital contact from the client knew she wanted a website but wasn’t sure what exactly.

So I did local market research on who currently offers a similar service in Wanaka and mocked up an example site to give her some idea of what our vision would be at our first meeting.

On location photoshoot and directing of talent, editing and website development and implementation were all on the card for us and we think we delivered!

Results.

May 2023 — July 2023

From the intital consult to full functioning website this project took just over 4 weeks.

That included a on location photoshoot and also editing along with two revisions of the site and tweaks with copy and also imagery based off clients feedback.

Feedback from the client has been very positive with a marked increase in online enquiries through the site and also a streamlined process to help her with guiding new or potential customers to check out her offerings online and building a email list.

One of the biggest wins we had was getting her Google for Business set up and optimised as this has lead to the biggest up tick in clients.
